What this page covers
Cookies are small files a website can store in your browser. The same rules cover similar things such as local storage, tracking pixels, tags and scripts. This page lists what this website actually uses, so you can see there is nothing hidden in it.
The short version
This website has no analytics, no advertising or remarketing, no social media tracking and no tracking pixels. You will not see a cookie banner here because there is nothing non-essential to opt into. The only things stored in your browser are those needed to deliver the pages and keep the site secure.
We have not described the site as having “cookie consent” because there is no optional technology on it to consent to. If that changes, this page will say so first.
What is actually used
Hosting and security
What it is: a small amount of strictly necessary information stored by our website platform so pages can be served securely and the enquiry form cannot be abused.
Who sets it: our website platform, Base44 — first party, on this site.
Why: the site cannot be delivered safely without it. It is not used to follow you around the web or to build a profile.
Necessary or optional: strictly necessary. It is exempt from consent because it is required to provide the service you have asked for.
How long: for the length of your visit, or a short period set by the platform.
Can you turn it off: not from this site. You can block it in your browser, but parts of the site may then stop working.
Web fonts (Google Fonts)
What it is: the fonts used for the text and headings on this site are requested from Google's font service when a page loads.
Who sets it: Google — third party (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com).
Why: to show the site in its intended typeface. Google receives your IP address and browser details in order to send the font files. No cookie is set for this and nothing is stored on your device by it.
Necessary or optional: no cookie or local storage is involved, so there is nothing here that needs consent. Google's own request logs are covered by Google's privacy policy.
The enquiry form
What it is: nothing. What you type stays on the page while you fill it in and is not saved in your browser.
What happens on send: the details go to our database so we can reply, and a notification email is sent to us. See our Privacy Policy for what is collected and how long we keep it.
Team sign-in
What it is: if one of our team signs in to manage the site, the platform keeps a secure access token in that browser so they stay signed in.
Who sets it: Base44 — first party, and only for signed-in members of our team. It never applies to visitors to the site.
Links that leave this site
Some links take you to other services: WhatsApp for messages, Google Maps for directions, and your phone or email app. Nothing is shared with those services until you click one, and once you do, their own privacy and cookie policies apply — not ours.
We do not embed maps, videos, reviews widgets or social media feeds in any of our pages, so no third-party content loads unless you choose it.
How to control cookies in your browser
You can block or delete cookies and site data at any time in your browser settings — look for the privacy or site data section in Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox. Blocking them will not stop you reading this website.
If you want to check what a site has already stored, your browser's developer tools or site settings will list it.
If this changes
If we ever add analytics, advertising or any other non-essential technology, we will update this page first, ask for your permission before anything loads, make refusing as easy as accepting, and give you a way to change your mind later. Nothing non-essential would load before you agreed to it.
