uPVC Fascia & Soffit Replacement in Maidstone & Kent
Fascias and soffits are the boards that run along the edge of your roof. They hold the guttering, close the gap between the tiles and the wall, and keep the weather out of the roof space. On most older Kent houses they're timber, and once they start to look tired, the wood behind them is usually soft too.
How we go about it
We strip the old boards back, check what's underneath and fit uPVC fascia, soffit and bargeboards that are cut to your house rather than forced onto it. The guttering goes back on straight and level, and the finish is neat enough that you notice the roofline, not the joins.
What's included
- Old timber boards removed and the roof edge checked
- uPVC fascia, soffit, bargeboard and corner sections
- Ventilated soffits fitted where the roof needs airflow
- Existing or new guttering and downpipes re-hung level
- All rubbish taken away, gutters tested before we leave
Plenty of the houses we look at only need the guttering sorting, not the boards. We'll tell you that honestly rather than sell you a job you don't need.
